Where the HELL do i put these cheats in?

I think you put them at the campaign map.

on the campaign map, but first I have to press the "`" also known as the "~" key next to "1" key at the top of the letters

on the map type say .deadringer. on the map and it should work just keep trying P.S thats for money!
