after install the do what??
i download my house and other house....
then how to install it??

First off, did you install IMG Tool? If no then do that now, otherwise read on.

When you download a building mod, it should be a zip or rar folder with a few files inside with funny names. Extract them on the desktop or wherever you want. Then open IMG Tool and the file GTA3.img in the San Andreas folder. I think it's in the data folder but just do a search and you'll find it. Then import one of the files you downloaded. It will replace the old one with the new one and there you go. But it's advised to export the old file somewhere safe in case something goes wrong. That way you can import the old file and make things normal again.
