I have no idea what is going on either, I do not even have this "game jackel" on my system.

The Game jackel thing only appears in the registry when the game is started and the securom program is validating the game disc, It isn't actually on the system at all. This is something to do with the securom program and/or a game update, you have to contact Securom and get a new game Exe file that will miss out the disc check to get the game to run, the same is required to run any game that reacts with the securom thing.

Have tried going to Securom and kept getting the same error message. Gave up after 10 tries and currently contacting codemaster support directly to see if the issue can be resolved.
Did some googling and found to my suprise that Securom is owned by Sony Online Entertainment. Apparently they have not learned thier lesson from last time when they tried a copy-protection similiar to Securom backfired on them and they got into a lot of trouble.
