I've herd that it's a good skill but I don't know what is the effect of the reckless abandon? and in what armor can I find it ? 🤔

u need expert 10 to activate reckless abandon+1
level 1 raises ur weapons affinity by 10%
teostra armour has reckless abandon+2 i think
i use celebrity jewels on my rathalos soul armour to get the skill

no, affinity is good the affinity percent is the percent that u can hit a critical hit with weapon.

Ok i ll tell you what affinity is really all about.


Yes its something very good to have to kill monsters faster.

Affinity is 1.5 x the the attack power of your weapon. For every red slash it of coarse activates this affect.

Now your probably wondering then whats the percent do to it. Funny you should ask it really doesnt increase the damge more. What it does is increases more chances for the red slash to come out. So the higher the affinity , higher the damage the monster intakes. I ve gotten as high as 50% affinity with Dragon Harp. Very effective. Right now im trying to get Ninja Sword. I here its already at i think 30% affinity and i already have reckless abandoned 2 to boost it more. So you do the math.

Oh ! Another thing i forgot to mention about affinity. Depending on your weapons sharpness will determine the outcome of your affinity too. You automatically get 10 + affinity with reckless abandoned +1 , but if lets say you have blue sharpness on your weapon that affinity will automatically go up 5% affinity. If the weapon is white sharpness it will go up another 5%. Thats already 20% affinity right there for the weapon assuming it didnt start out with affinity. If it did by chance just tack on the total.

So there you go Now you see why affinity in the game is a big deal. Good luck on it if by chance are trying to get it. Cheers !!!
