Turning Point: Fall of Liberty Message Board  

I received the game today, and wouldn't you know, it is another of those weird half game machine half computer games that uses mouse and keyboard with very little action on the part of the mouse. The real way to run it with anything similiar to mouse control like was used on the older games is to purchase an XBOX 369 Controller for Windows. I did along with a Logitec controller. I look at it like this. If I am to continue playing shooters and do a lot of good with these, I need the controller they use and not the keyboard and a limited mouse. I've used game controller pads before and they aren't too bad. They certainly beat using the key board. I'm just gripped that it is now neccessary to buy something such as this in order to get the most from the game, when two years ago or less the mouse handled everything with a few keyboard commands, and there was no such thing as a game controller pad for a computer. From now on I stay with real time non shooter games which have yet to be affected by this sickness of shooter games.
