Dantooin freez problem

Hey! I'm having serious problem when I'm on Dantooin outside on the fields. Game lags like PC is 20 years old 😵 I had the same problem with KOTOR 2, but not this much. Here I can't move. I have GeForce 6600 256MB, and patch 1.03. Help!
