Warhammer 40k: Dawn of War - Dark Crusade Message Board  

Hi all,
First of all : I downloaded the correct version of this trainer, I updtated my version of this game up to 1.2, I tried to update all my drivers.
I launch the trainer on the desktop, then my game. The trainer detects correctly the launching of the game at the bottom of it. I hear correctly the "activated" sound while playing (campaign and skirmish), but absolutely nothing happens.
I already went through the "troubleshooting guide", I tried launching the trainer by the administrator way, I tried launching it from the main "Dawn of War : Dark Crusade" file.
I also tried others trainer : some simply didn't work (I also didn't heard the "activated" sound), others crashed at the very moment I launched the game.

I hope I already did more or less everything I could already do before annoying you with my problems, and forgive me for my approximate english.

sounds like you have something blocking the trainer. antivirus, antispyware, vista permissions, etc

I guess so, but the problem is : how can I know which blocks and how to deal with it ?

Just have to disable everything that you have running.

And how can I know what is essential for the computer and the game to work correctly ?

You may just have to disable one at a time and then try it until you find the one blocking it and/or windows or the game no longer loads. It's going to be a lot of trial and error if you don't have a good idea of what software you have loaded.

Also, try running the trainer AFTER the game has started instead of before.

Also, is your game the Steam ver or the retail? Make sure using the right trainer, there are two 1.2 trainers.
