To get to 8 Island, you need to either use an Action Replay code or a GameShark code to get the specific ticket, or get it from a friend that went to a Nintendo Event.

Either trade from a friend with it, or get an Action Replay or GameShark.

Its something you buy from Game stores that you can insert certain codess to have a Certain affect on the game, like have lots of money and stuff, but it can corrupt your game.

Nintendo event or cheating using AR or Gameshark, or trade it, if u can't do the stuff that I said, then you can't get it.
