guyz plz help me im having a problem with the power plant i dont see the manager thats the fat guy ryt?? but wer is he?? i go to cerulean and saffron city but i cnt find him

The manager is at the Power Plant, in the generator room.
Then travel to Cerulean and find the machine part in the water in the gym
Go and give it to the Manager in the Power Plant

nope the problem is the manager is not there i search him inside the generator room but his not there do i have to talk to someone in cerulean city to see the manager plz help guyz

No, you dont have to talk to anyone in cerulean. Did you talk to the radio tower manager?
