rock polish earthquake stone edge/rock slide crunch
Comments: Ok, so ALLWAYS use rock polish first, it will most likely go 2nd and get a lot of damage done to it thats what focus sash is for(make him your lead)
Counters: the only thing to basically counter him is a scarfed pokemon or a first striker.. if you dont have either of those two then you pretty much lost, because he will be faster than anything

focus sashers are easily countered by spikers/stealth rockers and first attackers. Usually leads contain a first strike move such as ice shard to counter focus sashers. Gengar and yanmega both also have the ability to counter focus sashers, but not by use of first attacks. They put your poke to sleep, and it usually results in pokes with low def/sp def like rampardos getting knocked out before they can do any real damage.
I would suggest leading with a rapid spinner like foretress or donphan. The rapid spin assures that stealth rock/spikes won't be on the field when you do eventually switch in to rampardos.
imo rock polish and sash is just too slow developing. Maybe a ninjask/rampardos speed combo would work better, but that's still susceptible to the same stealth rock combo that counters rampardos in the first place...
it all comes back to the rapid spinner combo, either that or a hypnosis then switch straight into the rampardos, but that strat relies a lot on luck. It's your choice though, I'm just bouncing a couple ideas off this one, hopefully it'll help
