The mouse over options for the ships don't seem to stick when I turn the option off they always revert to normal on my ships it seems I have to keep the option on to have my ship use the cheat but then I cant mouse over any enemy ships or they too get the option. (Command & Conquer 3 Trainer was great because the options stuck)

Is there a way to make my ships invincible with out effecting the enemies?

I use it in a fleet. Assign ships in the fleet, then open the fleet in the left panel and mouse over them there. It should be pretty hard for an enemy ship to show up there. Also make sure you complete any research BEFORE you make your ships ultra powerful as that can effect their stats.
