Please, Need for Speed is all about cars! Not roaming around the streets seeking out for some junk food restaurant.

Cops are in the pain in the ass at certain points, but they're acceptable, i wouldn't mind bringing em' back.

I think less cars. Like just a couple. You should buy your car and As you progress through your career you pump it up.
Also keep drag racing. You can still do it but put it on the streets. You pull up to a stop light and drag to the next. Also teamates you hire yourself. But make them actually able to do whatever job they have (unlike in carbon).
