In the game data folder. Then place it in the DATA folder..

hey dudes all you need 2 do is make a folder called Mods and place it in the file you just created and go too this site and download this eaw/foc luncher he the site adds.empireatwar.filefront.com/file/EAW_FoC_Mod_Launcher;73979 once you downloaded it open it and just ckick on the one you want 2 play
