The trainer for Kingdoms effects all factions. As in, my kings and generals are all automatically 100% Chivalrous, 100% in command, 100% in loyalty, etc. etc. But then, so are my enemies.
I'm not one to brag about my financial skills, but my credit card company calls me almost every day to tell me my balance is outstanding.

You should only turn on that option before moving cursor over your own characters, then turn that cheat option off, before moving mouse to another character. When enabled it only affects characters that the mouse cursor goes over.
