hey the train dont work wit nocd or wichtout wen i pres F1 in main menu is craches

The trainer works fine with the no-cd fix when used properly. The game itself is buggy and needs a patch. Go through the trainer troublehooting guide or wait for the first patch.
You can also try our V2 trainer which works when NOT using the no-cd fix --> Link
