    when i start the game the screen goes black. and the i see the desktop
    help me !!! i read some of it .it tell Me to see the troubleshooting guide .

    that's not a very clear message there ...
    You should start by posting you system specs and software(drivers) version. If you can't do that then you should try game support as there payed to deal with ppl that have problems like you.
