Nope nothing else in that room. U can just exit the headquarters, it does not effect the game percentage.

Heres wat i did, Action the bookcases in the room, move the box in front of the table, there will be a music box behind it, action the book to the left of the portrait, and cast Depulso on the portrait to get the locket.
