I have gotten to the part where the last Objective in the last mission is to form up with the engineers in the weapons stock pile room. I have gone everywhere and cannot find where they are? It seems like this is ghe last objective.

Just in case you are still looking for an answer, I guess you are in the final mission, with those buggers with the big machine guns, the only way down to the engineers is via a 1 man elevator that takes you down to them in a cut scene, and it's the 2nd last objective, and get ready to do a lot of dying unless you have a panzerschrek or grenade launcher :-)
