Okay I'm really getting a bit angry with half-assed trainers. I have tried all the methods mentioned on the 'troubleshooter' page with no avail, now when I pay money... I expect better support than this, so can anyone tell me what the problem is... and is it the developers fault or mine?

None of our trainers are 'half-ass'. This trainer has been tested and verified working by multiple people. Check your PM for more help and please refrain from all the insults if you expect more help in the future.
