Is there any easy way to have a break hp limit on your armor? except for fighting the monster Shinryu in the monster trainer? I find it so time consuming coz it only gives me 2 wings to discovery per battle.

If you win the Remiem Race with three chests and no poles, you'll get 30x Wings to Discovery. Enough for a BHPL armor.
The other way would be to bribe either Malboro or Great Malboro. bribing Malboros is more cost efficient. Bribe them for 680,000 gil to get the best results (25x Max HP. Malboro is the only enemy where bribing more than 10x Max HP is recommended),
Why do you want BHPL though? It's actually more recommended to do without BHPL, unless you're playing a Single Character Challenge, then it becomes needed.

If you can get an arcane armor then it has it. I think I got one at the omega ruins. It might be on one of the monsters you have to beat before you have to beat Omega
