When i install the mega trainer it says it needs to be extracted to a folder so i pick one and then when i duble click it says file not found but this never happened before when it worked and when it worked when i pressed the parts unlock buttons it quit the game(when it was working)

Have you read the readme.txt file of the trainer? Maybe it helps.

no ive tried it doesn't say anything helpful just the car instructions and it worked for my skyline gtr and my mitsubishi 3000 gt but it won't work anymore
