Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Message Board  

Make a backup of your profiles, it should be located here:
\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\players\profiles

If u want to use it in another pc, that pc must use the same cdkey, if u lost it, it should be located in your old computer registry on:
\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\players\profiles
