I like Zeth's proposals best. Maybe we should make a poll when all suggestions are in.
I agree however i think there should be exceptions to the halo thing. People such as shibby and pisces should still be aloud in. In other words if they are a good enough member then the halo rule should be omitted.

7) Must accept the fact that 42 is ****ING AWESOME and resides in the SUPER-MEGA-WINNER locker, and is technically superior to any and all recruits. 8) Must not be part of any other clan/association related to any Halo game. 9) Must be well-spoken - make valid points in discussions, have some sense of humour etc.
Other than that, that's pretty much it.
