Need for Speed: ProStreet Message Board  

i was reading the Jan '08 issue of Import Tuner & 1 of the article talked about NFS Pro Street... The game director said sumthing about choosing different brands of products (e.g. turbos, suspension etc.) will result in a different feel & impact of the car's performance on the track... has anybody tried switching parts on the same level ?? E.g. >> lvl 4 HKS turbocharger for a lvl 4 Full Race Supercharger << 🤔

As far as supercharges go the different ones probably have different rpm ranges where they are more efficient but the possible gains probably won't help much as far as making your car faster.

Rubbish. It all comes down to your tuning. You get different RPM ranges through tuning, not buying a different brand of turbo/supercharger. CRM tuning, to be exact.

Eh, it was a wild guess. Even if there was a difference between the upgrades of the same level, I'm not gonna sit there trying to figure out which ones best. Sounds like a colossal waste of time to me.

hell i just always go with the Turbonetics charger.i just go with brands i know or like.
