We currently don't have any Resident Evil 4 trainers, cheats or editors for PC. Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. Use our message board to discuss the game.

Yeah, its really confusing playing RE on PC cause you'd have to know every key of by heart. Better off purchasing the game on a console like PS2 so the controlling will make your life easier.
