Its now great i think,you just need to level up dragonair just 2 more levels and you'll have a very good team

and i need a place to train my dragonair because it barley levels up so its so hard

i trained mine on 7 island, just give it an exp share and use a different pokemon and fite the trainers on 7 island and there is no need to go back and forth from the ruins to the pc, cuz theres a dude in a lil house who heals your pokemon
