Guys, im really sory, but im going to give this up because im really running low on time for this stuf, so i will do my best to try and relese the newest patch but it might not come out, sory.

The reason mods don't work in 2.3 is that Relic FUBAR'd a little snippet of code which permanently disabled the -dev function, however there is supposedly a fix in the works for the next patch (as discussed in the first link) and there is a hotfix available (second link) thanks to Corsix:

Also, as a side note, if anyone is interested, I can edit the mod as necessary to allow for unlimited King Tigers (yes the super powered one from the campaign) to be built rather than the current limitation of 1.
