In the grave yard there are 3 headstones that on each have a insignia , you need to use those on the dial at the back of the church.
The dial rotates in either 2's or 3's, you just need to make sure that the 3 that match the headstones are highlighted.

I know what to do, i just don't know what symbols to use. Also, it goes 3 and 4, which also throws me off.
ok i went back and found out the order try:
3 -> 4 -> 4 -> 4 -> 3
-> 4 -> 4 -> 4 -> 3. This should complete it correctly and allow you to pick
up the 'Green Catseye' inside.
