    Hey there guys,

It has been mentioned a few times on this board already. But microsoft XLIVE seems to be very nasty when it comes to playing games with a trainer enabled. Disabling LIVE fixes this issue completely. For example on JUICED 2: the file Juiced2_HIN.exe.cfg ----> Liveconfig xmlns="schemas.microsoft.com/XBOX/LIVE/LIVECONFIG/2007/01"> --> Changing this to -----> # Liveconfig xmlns="schemas.microsoft.com/XBOX/LIVE/LIVECONFIG/2007/01">
----> is disabling LIVE and you can still save. In GOW you can do the same BUT you won't be able to save anymore. Is there away to beat XLIVE and still be able to save game progress?[Edited by HotKeyH, 12/31/2007 8:52:22 AM]

possibly if you rename the .cat file in the directory with the game to something else will disable live but still allow saves. we know about the xlive issue and for many trainers (most recently UAW) we created files to disable it for that game so that the trainers will function with it.

i think you have to see what each game allows you to do after you disable live. we have tried to make the trainers work with live ON in the past but it minimizes what we can accomplish when we do that-

    best,
