i just recently bough sims 2 and feel stupid but i can not get past honest jackson please tell me how to restrain him nothing i do is working this is right at the start please help me!!!

Just click restrain when you walk up to him and then a little thingy will pop up at the to p screen and then buttons at the bottom and then just guess what ones to press

yeaa, baisclly. but the first time; what you need to press will light up ! [ so just kinda look at the bubbles, whichever turns whitteeshh then yeaa. that's what yahh tap. ] and there yahhh go. if not. thenn hereeee; if he is standingg up straight, with his hand near his stomachh, then you tap the left bubble . if he is kinda slouching, with his hand low downn, diagnoly then you have to tap the middle bubble . andd thann. if he is like [ no offence ] but looks retarted, and moving. then you have to tap the righttttt one . hope that helpedddd yahh ! :] mhmm.
