i was collected the moly plants for Ernie, but i can't collect the mandrake from herbology... i used wingardium leviosa spell, but... is don't working... please help me... thanks

Hi! Well, it has been some time since i played this game... But i don't think you need to use Wingardium Leviosa. You need to put on an earmuff (also located in the herbology class) and then you pick up the mandrake for Ernie.

Use the ear muffs, which are hanging behind u. Pink ones, press enter near them and then take the mandrake roots.
