I GOT ALL THE REGIS WITH ABOUT 25 REPEAT BALL, YOU SHOULD GET SOME REPEAT BALLS.

Its just your luck i think cuz the Repeat Ball work great on pokemon you already have,so if you tried to chatch a pokemon you dont have with a Repeat Ball i think it would be like a Great Gall.
