I am helping rosetta in leyawin,
and i have the staff and ii am at the altar and i can't get rid of it is there a certain spot where i have to stand in front of the altar?

In order to get rid of the skamps you have to drop the weapon near the shrine thing in the cave. but i recemed you quicksaving[f5] first. and see if that helps
