ill load up the game, then ctrl-alt-del to the desktop to load the trainer. ill hit the num key and it will say

make sure you're using the no-cd fix.

Excuse me, ctrl alt del to the desktop ? That's an unusual combo. Try alt tab

I downloaded the fix but is a .rar file extension. How do I use it?
