Whenever I try to run either of the starmaker trainers I always get runtime error saying, StarMaker.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. This happens whenever I try to increase or decrease the stats with the trainer on. Any ideas?

Make sure the version of the Movies is the same version the trainer requires.

And btw, you didnt have to make another thread about the same subject as your last one.

the triner vertion 1.0 works fine u just need to put your antivirus off and use it and after making the chnges that u want just sved it and the play the game

And if you are a steam version user you may also need to add a no cd fix even though you wont need it. That'll be a the same version as for the trainer you use and the version you run.

I advice trying this though make a backup of your old EXE. to be sure of no problems.

I've tried this for many games I've got in steam to make my trainer work with the game.

So if you are using steam version give it a try.

does anyone know how to make the trainers work for starmaker in version 1.2? (at least i assume that's the version that i have since the configuration document for my the movies game says that the exp version is 1.2) in any event it is the version that starmaker is updated to after installing stunts and effects. so if anyone can help me with that then please let me know how. and if the version is 1.1 then for some reason the 1.1 trainer didn't work on my system. although it might now that i put starmaker in compatibility mode for xp.
