Here's the readme on the options:

Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 at the Main Menu.
Listen for "Activated".

Press desired option key


Options
-------

Numpad 1: Health- Sets Health high of the unit highlighted with the mouse
Numpad 2: Zero- Sets Health low of the unit highlighted with the mouse
Numpad 3: Fuel- Instantly refuel the vehicle
Numpad 4: Ammo 1- Instantly Equip with Ammo type 1
Numpad 5: Ammo 2- Instantly Equip with Ammo type 2

Notes
------

For options above to work, you must hold the key down while placing the mouse cursor
over the units you want to affect-

Could you update the trainer for the v1.1 beta patch please?

This is not an official patch yet but removes an issue with copyprotection which made the game unplayable for me and many others.
v1.1 works fine for me, no more stutters every few seconds but the trainer crashes the game when it's activated and I only hover over a unit without even activating an option.

Because this game was not very popular and we have quite a few other updates and trainers in the queue right now, we'll probably need to wait until the official 1.1 patch comes out. I think there's a no-cd fix for the original version which may also resolve your copy protection issues.

If a trainer update will come for this game, I'd like to see that the options are activated by some other method other than hovering over the units. With the amount of units this gets veeery tiresome...
