I have the 7.1 patch and i got the 7,1 trainer but when i start the game the trainer is still loading and when i get into a game its still loading

Don't you think patch 1.7 not 7.1????

Well, first off just to clarify it's patch 1.7 not 7.1.

And problems like these can happen at random times,
1: the trainer is responding to your system.
2: Maybe it's just another one of those "Vista Bugs" (If you have vista)
3: The file may have gotten corrupted somehow. (Maybe virus)
4: Your system is reacting as if that trainer is a virus and refuses to initialize it. (Also Windows Vista)

And the list can go on to many other possibilities.
Post your current system speculations (Information and such) and maybe we could help. (Well, mainly PWizard or the trainer maker himself/herself)

Although of little experience, I know a little bit of coding and could help.

Well not its 7.1

Well if it's 7.1 then i must be BLIND because i didn't saw that patch on their Official Page with official releases.....
