no its not slow motion, its nail the trick or grab or manual, where time is slowed so you can make more tricks, you have to unlock it in story mode first.

yea, first of all youhave to unlock it as a rigger, then you may have to upgrade using skill points, or it could be that the post was not climbable try another wall or somthing, tell me if this doesnt work
