i have avg a antivirus but i cant dl trainers it says threat detected wat do i do?

disable AVG and/or get a better virus scanner.

Depends on which version of the trainer you're using. Some of the older ones were created using a different template which may of had more trojan-like properties. I can assure you that all of the trainers that bear our name are indeed clean and have no malicious content.
