Are you using the Pagani Zonda in drag racing? For some reason the same car gets different amounts of power in different race types. My Pagani Zonda got over 1000 bhp in speed but when I changed it to grip it was in the high 900's.

Also, you can tune your car to have more horsepower at the cost of less torque and vice-versa.

    I see,thanks

chingy42007 is the bmw good as for drift or just ok coz i just bought one for drift...and i think chevy ss is bad coz it only has 4 gears and you basicly lose most of the time and thats mostly on the 1/2 mile drag thats y i sold my 64 gto and then sold my chevy ss and now have a gt500 shelby.

The only BMW I'd recommend for drifting is the Z4 M Coupe. And the Chevy SS has 6 gears after the level 3 drivetrain upgrade. I'd recommend it for wheelies though.

OMG!!! i ought to try this out 5 posts in a row

@ an older post from chingy: about the post when you mentioned for drag to have all the power in the world but useless if you can't distribute it to the road...indeed you need traction and power, but don't forget the gearbox cos it's there that you lose power and control...take for example the corvette c6...it has the worst control i've ever seen...i have to actually watch the road more than to watch the gear shifts

The gearbox is only partly the reason why you can get power to the road. It's a 30:40:30 split between gearbox, tires and suspension. These are the three elements of a car that influence the traction and acceleration of the ride. You take one out of the equation and it melts down into nothing. Your ride will be worthless.
