Good idea the shelby gt500 is a gun when it comes to drag and if you put anough cash in to it it's one hell of a beast under
the hood and owns the opposition coz i got three of them and with drag and your chevy are you shifting?? and with me having three gt500s thats coz like i said befor there guns down the strip but i got one for grip and 2 for drag so say ello to the new grip king well yeah i just beat him so im happy
well good luck with the chevy

zonda is way more powerfull than a cuda m8 but i'v only got 3 free car markers there hard to get but you all ways turn out to be lucky once in the game at least like i did i got 3 of em i got "zonda, lambo, ford gt" all the most expensive cars lol

dude it random it changes each time like eg. "you choose free car,and then do that spot again and it turn out to be like 7.5k or something"

how do you wheelie i have a shelby gt500 and it has 606 hp plz help me i really need to know ASAP!!!

chingy42007 is the bmw good as for drift or just ok coz i just bought one for drift...and i think chevy ss is bad coz it only has 4 gears and you basicly lose most of the time and thats mostly on the 1/2 mile drag thats y i sold my 64 gto and then sold my chevy ss and now have a gt500 shelby.

OMG!!! i ought to try this out 5 posts in a row

@ an older post from chingy: about the post when you mentioned for drag to have all the power in the world but useless if you can't distribute it to the road...indeed you need traction and power, but don't forget the gearbox cos it's there that you lose power and control...take for example the corvette c6...it has the worst control i've ever seen...i have to actually watch the road more than to watch the gear shifts

I don't know how good the M3 is in drift but the Mazda RX-7 is undisputed champ as fas as I've heard.

There is no difference between normal drag and wheelie competitions as far as technique goes. Time your shifts perfectly and use nitrous when the front of your car starts to fall. It really is easy and the GT500 is pretty damn good, it can consistently get 1000 feet.

Well, I'll tell you my cars and opinions.

Grip: Nissan Skyline GT-R [R34] & Mitsubishi Lancer Evo (Won from Ryo the Showdown King)

Drift: Currently using the Mazda RX-7 (Won from the Drift King)

Drag: Chevelle SS is the best wheelie car. I use a PAGANI ZONDA F (1,062 HP ftw) as I can do about 6.79 time in the 1/4 mile drag and 11.56 in the 1/2 mile drag. I also have the '06 Mustang I won from the Drag King.

Speed: I use a Toyota Supra because it's extremely good at gaining its top speed and very easy to control.

You are right, the Skyline is horrible and the EVO is excellent. If you can't afford the PAGANI ZONDA F yet, I suggest a muscle car. If you're still not able to afford that, get a Nissan 240SX. That was my first Drag car and it was awesome, but then when I started racing cars with 600+ HP bought a Chevelle SS. But then again these are only my opinons.

Are you using the Pagani Zonda in drag racing? For some reason the same car gets different amounts of power in different race types. My Pagani Zonda got over 1000 bhp in speed but when I changed it to grip it was in the high 900's.

Also, you can tune your car to have more horsepower at the cost of less torque and vice-versa.
