I do not think you can get it. I think it is the sword of the Grand Master of the Order of the Flaming Rose. So I think That you cannot get it in the game. Might be wrong though.

Someone told me that this sword can be found in chapter V in RAVENS CRYPT Link <<-- point 4 on map but in chapter 4 you cant find armor fragment.

You probably have to wait until you start chapter 5 instead of looking around for it in chapter 4, many places chance after starting a new chapter, so it is most likely that you will have to wait and complete chapter 4.

I have bee in Ravens crypt several times playing different games and all I found there was Meteorite sword(1 ea.-red, yellow and blue), although I did'nt play on hard(one was easy two other times on medium), maybe it's random with a really low spawn chance or if you go back without getting the first sword. I basically just went in got what I needed and left. So If anyone can confirm that the sword can exist please do so. Also you can not get into Ravens crypt in chap. 4 as the crypt is in the swamp cemetery area. You have to go back to Vizima and trigger chap 5.
