Here's the readme on the options:
Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 at the Main Menu.
Listen for "Activated".

Numpad 1: Add 50,000 Score
Numpad 2: You Rock! - Rock meter will stay high!
Numpad 3: Instant Star Power- You have access to star power. Press
once to set first three transistors full.
Numpad 4: Perfect Keypress- You will see at the end of the round that
your performance was perfect 100% even if you missed some
keys
Numpad 5: Maximum Streak- Your streak will be the maximum number of
notes in the song at the end of the song.
