I stuck in fight again alien battleship when the us battleship is attacked. She (Helena) keep saying lock on with tank weapon (don't really sure if it is tank weapon, I am not native). Please help

You have to wait til Helena does the over charge thing with your suit, then you point the tac cannon at the either of the 2 side arms and keep it there til it shows lock on and fire away.
Things never happen for a reason but there is a reason things happen.
