Here's the readme on the options:

Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 at the Main Menu.
Listen for "Activated".

Press desired option key


Options
-------

Numpad 1: Health
Numpad 2: Power
Numpad 3: Ammo
Numpad 4: Nightvision
Numpad 5: Grenades (note you must first have some grenades for this to work)

i dont know which version i will install, if its a 32bit OS system will it be a 32bit game

Yes, the game (apparently) automatically detects which OS you have an installs the corresponding version.
