hi just to inform you the 3rd world in conflict patch is coming soon with a map editor heres the link to the notes Link

They're rolling out patches like crazy! I'm not going to upgrade to newer patches until the trainer for it comes out, I'm probably going to upgrade to 1.003 and the map editor at the same time, I'm gonna have to wait until January I suppose . Keep on bringing those trainers !

You certainly are missing out on a lot of multiplayer goodness.

I suggest you do what I did. Make a copy of your World in Conflict folder, and call it something along the lines of World in Conflict Unpatched, now run the original and patch it.
Now all you do is pick which version of the game you want to run, by using the corresponding folder. You can even make a shortcut to the unpatched version, it's wonderfull. And it works with every game, except maybe for steam based ones.

So now you run the unpatched for Single Player trainer goodness, and the patched version for multiplayer fun.

Thanks for the suggestion about the version patches, but I have this weird feeling about doing that. I wish I were allowed to go play on multiplayer... (it's all in my dreams ).

erm why dont you not make two accounts for the game 1 for online play 1 for single[;ayer without patches the multiplayer 1 with patches

well you actually can download it yet!
look on the official servers: "ftp://ftp.sierra.com/pub/sierra/worldinconflict/updates/update3/">ftp://ftp.sierra.com/pub/sierra/worldinconflict/updates/update3/
but you won't be able to play online till monday if you install it before the servers are updated (which is on monday :-)).
