Im getting it for the wii and if i comes out on the psp ill get it aswell cos theyll prob be different, like MH/MHF & MH2/MHF2. I dont think th controlsll be too hard. i recon itll just be one motion for the combo. For example, for SnS keep shaking the wii remote up n down for the combo then shake it left to right for the side slash. tht would be the best way of doin it. Itll be fun tho n wont spoil the series

as wondeful as it is to find out a 3rd monster hunter is coming out find it is on wii raises some serious questions for me...
such as...HOW THE HELL ARE YOU GOING TO UPWARD SLASH WITH A GS WITH WII CONTROLLERS!!!!! lols also i would think that it must be quite naff when u get knocked down becuase it wouldnt seem so real after getting so close to full game interaction.
and finally how are you going to get all the controls for hunting horn etc into 2 tiny hand controllers becuase it seems we have enough trouble reloading a bow then adding the coating then aiming then shooting the damn thing......
sorry for this rant but it seems a bit daft for it to be on wii instead of following the PS line on things...

why does everyone think that the controls will be lifelike. As i said earlier ther will probably be a motion for on combo then you link in motions with it do do different combos. Quite simple and a lot of fun. And bows will be easy just aim n fire, how hard is that? And for the button thing the psp has 12 buttons (inc start n select, not inc analouge stick) the wii has 13 buttons (inc nunchuck, + & -, not inc analouge stick) Its not gonna really be a problem. Count the buttons before you make a comment like that. and multiplayer could be fun, aswell as using wiiconnect24 you could also maybe use the controllers. Information can be stored to wii remotes so all a friend has to do is bring his remote round and play split screen.
