No, you can't get entei or any other pokemon besides pikachu, mewtwo, jigglypuff, and pichu without hacking your game... if you can. Giga bowser is an event opponent and you can't get him as a playable character without hacking your game either.

arcentral.net/ssbm/SSBM.html go there if u want the code to play as Giga Bowser in Vs. mode u can even play as Master Hand and Crazy Hand in Vs. mode but u need a Action Replay CD for the codes to work...plus u need to know what version of SSMB you have but the site gives u information on how to check what version of SSMB you have so no worry.
