Cheats are good but it affects the difficulty of the level, and your hospital all together. Example, I got to level 2 the first time I ever played, and i ran out of money (I was 7) so I used a cheat. All I heard was "Hospital Administrator is cheating!" and my rep went down to about 100, people began flooding out of the hospital, and within 3 minutes I had lost. Cheaters on this game never win.

You can use this cheat trainer I made. Gives you inf money, max rep (so you don't loose) and a way to increase the amount of people cured if you want to win the level quicker.
