With all of the other games and patches out in the last couple of days, I'm not real sure when we'll be able to get to this. I would recommend that people NOT upgrade their SP game to this patch until we've had a chance to update the trainer (that is if you want to continue using the trainer with the game). I'll update everyone when we know more.
Looking at the release notes, this appears to be a minor hotfix type patch and not the Patch 1 that some people had been expecting. It only seems to address the following things:
Fixed: Multiplayer starting on a black screen for a very small percentage of users that applied the 1.40 single player patch. Fixed: Incomplete downloads for the single player and launcher patches.
..so again, unless you desperately need it, I would recommend holding off on this until we can get to it.

Well, should have read the last page. Just tried the trainer with the new patch. It works, but if you go into your inventory and try to disassemble something, the game crashes to desktop. Will wait until I see a new trainer up, this is the one I used. Hellgate v1.40.25.4015 32-BIT DX9 Trainer by CALIBER
I've got zero functionality in latest trainer with latest patch (1.43). Should've come here to check to see if it worked before applying the patch. Whoops. Guess I'll have to wait to create a new character. Oh, it's been vocalized elsewhere, but when using the money cheat, could it perhaps add more than what it does? Upgrading gear costs a fortune and I have to abuse the heck outta my numpad to get enough palladium every so often. Thanks guys!
